Noah's Ark Zoo Farm is looking to recruit a friendly, motivated individual to join our Visitor Operations team as a Park Ranger.
You'll thrive in a busy, customer-facing environment and help with the day-to-day running of our award-winning zoo. We're looking for someone with a flair for outstanding customer service - enthusiastic, hands-on, and ready for a role where no two days are ever the same.
Key Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To)
* Helping visitors enjoy their day by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to questions and queries.
* Keeping play areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.
* Carrying out general janitorial duties.
* Driving our tractor and trailer, providing commentary for visitors on board.
* Ensuruing the zoo grounds are clean, tidy, and welcoming.
* Working regularly in our Ticket Office and Welcome Team.
About You
* Friendly, outgoing, and charismatic, with a passion for working outdoors and engaging with the public.
* Hold a full, current manual driving licence and be a confident driver.
* Have experience delivering excellent customer service in leisure, retail or hospitality.
* Maintain high cleaning and presentation standards.
* Be a reliable team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
Work Pattern
* Permanent, full-time role (5 days per week, including one weekend in three).
* Must be willing to fit into the existing staff rota.
* Immediate start - October 2025.
