How you'll make an impact
As a Motor Claims Handler / Adjuster, you’ll manage a portfolio of motor damage claims from start to finish. Your responsibilities include:
* Handling motor damage claims from first notification to settlement
* Communicating effectively via phone and email
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Making informed decisions on claims, including liability and quantum
Qualifications
* A basic understanding of insurance concepts
* Confidence and comfort in an office environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
* Strong English language and letter‑writing skills
* A respectful and professional approach to customer service
* Excellent attention to detail
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in your career
