We are seeking passionate AV Technicians to join our Entertainment Team, delivering exceptional technical and stage support to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. Whether supporting in Haven's industry-leading theatrical productions or bringing to life innovative events and experiences, Haven provides a professional collaborative platform for individuals to excel within the industry. Key Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality technical operation; visual, lighting and sound.
* Providing technical support for all daytime & evening events/productions.
* Maintaining all technical equipment throughout the season.
* Liaising with support team/national suppliers to rectify technical challenges.
* Meeting with visiting acts to support with sound-check and set-up.
* DJing within entertainment breaks and making announcements.
* Interacting and engaging with Haven’s guests & owners.
* Supporting front-of-house as a cast member when necessary.
Requirements
We will provide the training and support needed to ensure you excel in your role. Candidates should have a passion for all things technical and be eager to gain further experience. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Our cast members are required to work 6 days per week, including evenings and weekends, with approximately 39 hours per week. Successful candidates must provide ‘right to work’ documents confirming they are 18+ and can legally work in the UK. Additionally, candidates will need to undergo and pass an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting.
