We're looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead a busy, quality-driven operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences while running a smooth and profitable business.
The Role:
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
Take full ownership of daily operations, standards and service delivery
Drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction
Manage rotas, labour costs and stock control
Work closely with senior management to uphold brand values and consistency
About You:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant ready to step up
A natural leader with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong knowledge of service standards and guest experience
Commercially minded with great organisational skills
Passionate about hospitality and team development
