Our Stores are one of our most valuable assets and our Visual Merchandising department plays a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of every bay within a store. The department sits within our Commercial team and reports to the Micro Space Manager. The role of a Visual Merchandiser is to build and maintain visual merchandising planograms that optimise space performance and the consumer offer in each trading area across all store sizes. You will use a number of tools, including sales data, customer insights and decision trees, to create impactful, operationally easy-to-implement visual merchandising plans that make shopping enjoyable for customers. We uphold three core behaviours that guide all our actions: Love Our Customers: We strive to delight our customers, listening and responding to their needs because they are our priority. Care for Our Colleagues: We support each other to foster a workplace where everyone can thrive. Protect Our Pounds/Euros: We are committed to cost‑efficiency and value, ensuring every penny counts.
