Tradewind are working in partnership with a Secondary School in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, currently seeking an engaging and inclusivity-driven SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and inclusive environment where you'll play a key role in the academic, social and emotional development of pupils with a range of SEN needs.
Role:
Delivering 1:1 and small-group SEN support
Implementing EHCPs and IEPs in collaboration with teaching staff
Tracking student progress and providing feedback
Supporting classroom learning and promoting inclusive education
Building positive, professional relationships with pupils and colleaguesRequirements:
Previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A caring, adaptable, and resilient personality
A genuine passion for supporting young people in an educational setting
