Overview
Looking for a role where you can combine your sales skills with creating unforgettable experiences? As a Holiday Homes Sales Advisor, you will be at the heart of helping people turn their dream of owning a holiday home into reality. You will build relationships, showcase our parks, and guide customers every step of the way.
Responsibilities
* Generate leads through walk‑ins, referrals, and social media
* Follow up on enquiries promptly and professionally
* Conduct park tours, present finance options, and close sales
* Carry out pre‑handover checks and provide after‑sales support
* Analyse sales performance and drive part‑exchange opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
* Resilient nature with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Desirable: experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume sales role
* Confident working towards budgets & KPIs, target‑driven approach and desire to exceed targets
* Confident IT skills including data input, email, Microsoft Word & Excel
* Ability to work weekends, supporting sales activity during peak periods
