The Role
This is a true 360 Recruitment Consultant position.
You'll be responsible for:
Winning new business opportunities
Developing and growing client relationships
Managing existing accounts and identifying upselling opportunities
Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to placement
Building your own market presence and personal brandYou'll have access to everything you need to succeed, including:
Leading job boards
LinkedIn Recruiter

Existing client relationships
Marketing support

Three Potential Opportunities
We're open-minded about where the right person could fit within the business.
Option 1: Claims Recruitment Desk
Take over and develop an existing claims recruitment desk with established clients already in place. Perfect for someone looking to build a specialist area and potentially grow a team around them in the future.
Option 2: Insurance Recruitment
Already recruiting within insurance broking or underwriting? We'd love to speak with experienced insurance recruiters looking for a fresh challenge within a highly respected specialist recruitment business.
Option 3: Build Your Own Desk
Have expertise in another sector and want the opportunity to build something from scratch? We're open to discussions with successful recruiters who can demonstrate a clear plan for developing a new market.
What's In It For You?
Uncapped Commission
Everyone operates on exactly the same commission structure, and it isn't changing.
15% commission on billings between £5,000 and £10,000 above threshold
20% commission on billings above £10,000
30% commission on billings above £20,000Simple. Transparent. Rewarding.
Flexible Working
Hybrid working model
2–3 days per week in our Quedgeley, Gloucester office
Remaining days working from home
Full-time preferred
Experienced recruiters seeking part-time opportunities will also be considered
What We're Looking For
Experience matters, but attitude matters more.
You'll need:
Previous recruitment experience in a 360 recruitment environment
A proven track record of consistent billing success
A proactive, phone-first approach to recruitment
Strong relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness and ambition
A genuine passion for recruitmentMost importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys what recruitment can do for people.
