An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated and enthusiastic Adult Registered Nurses to join our friendly and dedicated team on AMU. We are a -bedded acute medical unit managing the admission, assessment, and treatment of patients with varied medical conditions. Currently, we plan to expand AMU to offer a wider range of care and treatment opportunities in the near future.
Main duties of the job
AMU is looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and wish to contribute to our vision of providing high standards of compassionate nursing care. We seek staff nurses who can make a difference with their dedication and expertise while upholding the trust's values and behaviors. Our department has a positive ethos and strong nursing leadership.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based nursing care, working collaboratively to meet patient and family needs. You will assist in managing and organizing your clinical area and participate in the education, development, and supervision of other staff members.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of clinical skills through in-house training and support.
