About the Role
As Graphic Designer, you will be part of our busy Marketing team, reporting to our Design Studio Manager. This is a midweight role, ideally suited to someone with 4–5 years’ experience gained across a mix of in‑house and creative agency environments.
You will work collaboratively across the business to deliver high-quality creative assets at pace, bringing fresh ideas while remaining comfortable with shifting priorities. The role requires strong attention to detail, a premium design sensibility, and the ability to work confidently across digital and print channels. Experience within luxury or premium brands, travel brands, or a demonstrable passion for travel is highly desirable.

Principal Accountabilities
* Creation of high-quality artwork across digital and print channels to support the needs of a global business
* Collaborate closely with marketing and commercial teams to produce creative campaign assets and content in multiple formats, including digital publishing platforms
* Design and development of social media assets, including static imagery, short‑form video, and simple motion content
* Management and maintenance of brand assets including imagery, supplier content, and logos
* Creation and evolution of artwork templates and materials aligned to a premium brand aesthetic
* Event branding support, producing collateral, event materials, and theming for internal and external events
* Support ongoing development and consistency of brand guidelines across all outputs
Required Experience
* Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred
* Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design, typography, layout, brand application, and creative thinking
