Job Responsibilities * Receive, store, issue and record materials, equipment, spares, tools, PPE and consumables within the depot. * Handle, receive and store all materials and equipment in compliance with the requirements set out in datasheets, specifications or as dictated by legislation (Health and Safety). * Monitor stock against project requirements and order as required, maintaining an ongoing accurate inventory. * Participate in stock counts/checks and reconcile against inventory. * Raising purchase orders & goods receipting on procurement system. * Co-ordinate toolbox talks, RAMS briefings and daily POWRA’s. * Provide counter service for personnel calling in at stores to collect items, issue materials/stock for production as required. * Produce various reports as requested (monthly stock take, damage reports, contra-charge supply partners). * Report damage on incoming materials or returned equipment – provide detail on damages to allow contra-charges to be implemented. Quarantine area to avoid re-distribution onto site. * Contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of the contract (pre-allocating materials to allow ease of collection by teams reducing downtime. Coordinating loads to avoid cross-over and maximise vehicle utilization (not taking out a HGV for multiple loads when a single would have sufficed). * Ensure the depot - stores, yard, welfare and toilets - are o...
