About the Role
Please note: this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You will work day shifts of 7am-6pm or 8am-8pm including some weekends and public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide compassionate, person-centred care and support to residents
* Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
* Support residents with mobility and mealtimes
* Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
* Maintain accurate care records and report concerns to senior staff
* Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing always
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to ensure the best outcomes
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has previous care experience (desirable but not essential)
* Holds a Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
* Is kind, patient, respectful, and empathetic with a genuine passion for supporting others
* Communicates well, works effectively in a team, and is committed to high standards of care
* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Is comfortable with personal care tasks and supporting people with dementia
