Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday rota: 9:00am – 1:00pm (paid at overtime rate)
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 DOE
Bonus: Up to £8,400 per year
OTE: Up to £41,400

MPJ Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a highly established automotive business with a strong presence in the industry. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit multiple Vehicle Technicians to join their Wrexham team.
The Role
* As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to a high standard while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work efficiently and safely, ensuring all manufacturer standards and compliance requirements are consistently met.
* You’ll also have the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise through ongoing manufacturer training and brand-specific development.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance work efficiently and accurately
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs to manufacturer standards
* Road test vehicles where required, following approved safety procedures
* Complete vehicle health checks and report any additional work required
* Accurately complete job cards, inspection sheets, and related documentation
* Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and protected using appropriate covers
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
* Use tools, equipment, and consumables responsibly and efficiently
* Check vehicles for manufacturer recalls and service campaigns
* Support compliance with all health & safety and manufacturer requirements
* Continuously develop technical knowledge through training and development

* Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
* Strong diagnostic and repair skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence preferred
