Join to apply for the Full-Time Sales Assistant role at FOOTASYLUM. We are hiring Full-Time Sales Assistants for a store in Glasgow Argyle Street. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, with full flexibility Monday to Sunday.

The Role: As a Sales Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our business. You will showcase our diverse products, provide exceptional service, and help create the best shopping experience for our guests. You will defy ordinary by asking insightful questions to understand each customer’s needs and present products with style, including sets, accessories, and add-ons. From day one, you will receive in-depth training on our products, specifications, fabric and weather durability, care, and best matched companions.
As a Sales Assistant on the shop floor, you will be the go‑to for customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customers are genuinely cared for.
About you: You don’t need extensive previous experience. We are looking for outgoing, friendly, organized, and can‑do individuals who are positive and approachable, who can initiate conversations with customers.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
* Provide exemplary service to make customers feel valued and leave with a positive impression.
* Become a product expert, helping customers choose items that suit their needs and preferences.
* Provide expert product knowledge and advice.
* Collaborate with colleagues to hit store targets and maintain a fun, high-service environment.
* Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
* Participate in training to grow both personally and professionally.
* Stay up to date with trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
* Handle transactions with a smile and ensure a positive checkout experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Outgoing, friendly, and approachable attitude; no strict experience required.
* Flexibility to work across shifts Monday–Sunday.
* Ability to engage customers and spark enthusiastic conversations.
