One of my local government clients is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator - Minute taking to assist the Children’s Services Team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience taking minutes in fast-paced and sometimes sensitive settings.
Key Responsibilities:

Attend and take accurate minutes during meetings (virtual and in-person)
*
Format and distribute minutes to relevant teams in a timely manner
*
Provide general administrative support (email handling, data entry, scheduling)
*
Liaise with internal teams and external agencies as needed
*
Maintain confidentiality at all times, especially when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
*
Experience in an administrative role, ideally within the public or social care sector
*
Proven minute-taking experience
*
Good typing speed and strong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Teams)
*
Excellent written and verbal communication
*
Ability to remain professional when dealing with sensitive or confidential matters
