I am working with a well established maintenance contractor based in Cornwall to recruit a Bathroom Fitter for a planned maintenance contract.
This role is ideal for someone based near Truro, Penzance, Helston and happy to travel across Cornwall for projects.
Duties will include:
* Full bathroom and wet room refurbishments
* Installing WCs, basins, baths
* Fitting low level former trays
* Replacing pipework
* Patching walls to make good
* Boxing in pipework
* Fitting aqua boarding
* Painting
You will need:
* A qualification in Plumbing, or time-served experience
* Proven experience in bathroom fitting, preferably in social housing or similar settings
* Your own hand tools
* A clean driving licence (or your own van if preferred)
