We are actively seeking a qualified and experienced Specialist Study Skills Tutor (SPLD) to join our team and make a significant impact on the academic success of our students based in Rotherham.

* Provide high-quality, one-to-one academic support to students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLD).
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
* Guide students in developing independence, building on strengths, and improving learning strategies.
* Assist students in enhancing organisation, time management, and research skills.
* Support students in improving comprehension, reading, and writing skills.
* Ensure all concerns are addressed promptly and professionally, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
* Collaborate with Randstad to ensure the best possible service for students.
* Offer both in-person and online sessions flexibly.
Requirements
We're looking for you, if:
* You hold membership with the British Dyslexia Association (BDA), Association of Dyslexia (ADSHE), Dyslexia Guild, or the Professional Association of Teachers of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties (PATOSS).
* You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* You have experience working with clients with specific learning difficulties.
* You are punctual, reliable, and possess strong organisational skills.
* You are able to manage a diverse caseload of students.
* You can identify and support students to build on their learning strengths while maintaining a confidential and professional relationship.
