Position description / Job description Provide high-quality, one-to-one academic support to students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLD). Develop and implement individualised learning plans tailored to each student's unique needs. Guide students in developing independence, building on strengths, and improving learning strategies. Assist students in enhancing organisation, time management, and research skills. Support students in improving comprehension, reading, and writing skills. Ensure all concerns are addressed promptly and professionally, maintaining confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with Randstad to ensure the best possible service for students. Offer both in-person and online sessions flexibly. Requirements We're looking for you, if: You hold membership with the British Dyslexia Association (BDA), Association of Dyslexia (ADSHE), Dyslexia Guild, or the Professional Association of Teachers of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties (PATOSS). You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You have experience working with clients with specific learning difficulties. You are punctual, reliable, and possess strong organisational skills. You are able to manage a diverse caseload of students. You can identify and support students to build on their learning strengths while maintaining a confidential and professional relationship.
