Job Role
* Manage a specialist caseload of children with complex neurodevelopmental needs
* Model expert clinical reasoning within a transdisciplinary approach
* Embed OT practice into curriculum and daily routines
* Support families through collaborative, strengths‑based goal‑setting
* Drive clinical governance, quality improvement and evidence‑based practice
Requirements
* HCPC registered OT with strong paediatric experience
* Advanced skills in sensory processing, postural management, equipment and participation frameworks
* Confident, compassionate leadership
