Summary of Role
You will deliver Fire Sprinkler projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.
What you will be doing
* Leading project initiation/handover meetings with all stakeholders including Sales, Design, QS.
* Producing and maintaining the project programme.
* Communicating with clients throughout the project.
* Attending internal project Cost To Complete (CTC) meetings.
* Completing and submitting all end-of-project documentation such as O&M manuals, As-Fitted Drawings, Certification.
* Supporting and managing on-site resources, ensuring issues are resolved and the programme is maintained.
* Conducting & recording on-site inspections in accordance with EHS001 scheduled frequency.
* Completing all H&S related documentation including RAMs, attendance sheets, etc.
What we need from you (all essential)
* Knowledge of BS EN 12845 & LPS1048 Schemes.
* Knowledge of engineering drawings.
* LPCB Site Inspection Module 1 Competent.
* Familiarity with Prince 2 project management principles.
* Experience managing complex, large-budget projects in construction.
* Experience managing on-site labour & resources.
* Valid SMSTS & CSCS Card.
* Knowledge of CDM Management Principles.
* Extensive experience producing project documentation such as RAMs, Quality Plans, Project Plans, Cost Sheets (CTC), Trackers.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Commercial acumen to identify and maximize project cost savings.
