The role will be based in the firm’s Bristol office, working alongside an experienced, personable and commercially focused team. The successful candidate will play a central role in driving the growth of the corporate offering, developing client relationships and leveraging the firm’s strong existing network.
The position will involve a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, joint ventures, governance and general corporate advisory work.

The Candidate
* Experienced Corporate Solicitor with strong general corporate/M&A exposure
* Commercial outlook with enthusiasm for business development and networking
* Background from a reputable commercial or boutique practice
* Motivated to grow an established offering and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality team
* Desire to step into partnership (if currently a senior associate/legal director)
