Four Squared are excited to be working with a well-established, reputable heating and plumbing company in Herefordshire. Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Engineering Administrator to support their busy Customer Service and Contracts team. This is a key role providing admin support to engineers, coordinating services, and ensuring a smooth experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer enquiries and schedule engineer visits
Process orders, payments, and maintain accurate records
Use CRM systems such as Commusoft to manage job flow
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams
Support out-of-hours winter rota (Oct–Mar) Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in administration or customer service
Strong communication and organisation skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Detail-focused, proactive, and calm under pressure
Comfortable dealing with social housing tenants
GDPR-aware and professional in approach Benefits:
