The Contractor shall provide a full range of material management services and logistic support for NSF Diego Garcia, its tenant commands and all user activities afloat and ashore. The intent of Supply Services is to specify the requirements for Supply Services sub-functions only. The Supply Services sub-function includes all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation required to perform supply services. Included are services such as personal property support services, Hazardous Material Control and Management (HMCM) services.
The following services are Supply Services support:
· Collection and disposal of hazardous waste, response to oil and hazardous substance spills, and land-based spills all of which are included in Environmental Maintenance of facilities and equipment is defined and supported under Facilities Investment including NAVSUP FLC Yokosuka requirements.
· Maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Weight Handling Equipment (WHE), and Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE)/Supply vehicles is defined and supported under Transportation. All MHE in compliance with Navy occupational safety and health standards.
· Government furnished Management Information Systems (MIS), i.e., N-ERP, Distribution Standard System (DSS), Transportation Operation Personnel Property System (TOPS), Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES), and Defense Personal Property System (DPS) shall be utilized.
· The Contractor shall provide all required preventive maintenance/repairs for NSF DG/NAVSUP FLC Yokosuka, Japan, Site Diego Garcia Supply facilities and equipment unless otherwise noted in this Annex.
· The Contractor shall support all deployed Air Force personnel, PACAF, and operations when required.
· The Contractor shall support Battle Group visits when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimums of 5 years of experience in managing a Department of Defense (DOD) supply system specifically in personal property and property administration.
· Active Clearances required: Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance
