Hours of Work: The role is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week, or part-time, with a minimum of 30 hours.
As a Senior Project Surveyor you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of several construction schemes from inception to completion, ensuring successful outcomes for projects. You will work with both private and public-sector clients, providing essential Construction Project Management and Employer’s Agent Services. Your role will involve liaising with clients, overseeing project teams, and ensuring that all tasks are completed within the specified milestones and budgetary constraints. With the support of an Associate Director, you will raise the company profile within Chelmsford and throughout Essex, driving business development and forging new relationships.
Senior Project Surveyor Requirements:
A degree or post-graduate qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, or equivalent level of experience
Proven experience as a Construction Project Surveyor/Employer’s Agent with a consultancy in the built environment sector
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A current UK driving licence and commitment to ongoing professional development.Senior Project Surveyor Benefits:
