About Our Client

My client is a well known not for profit organisation who are looking for a Personal Assistant based in West Bromwich.

Job Description

3. Provide comprehensive diary management and scheduling support to senior leaders.
4. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard.
5. Organise and coordinate meetings, including booking venues and preparing agendas.
6. Handle confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
7. Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the leadership team.
8. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for ease of access.
9. Support project coordination tasks as required by the leadership team.
10. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

11. Strong organisational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
13. Experience supporting senior leadership in an administrative capacity.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask effectively.
16. Can commute to West Bromwich
