We work closely with Trinity High School, Birchensale Middle School and Holyoaks First School in a very localised MAT focusing on the development of children in Redditch. Working together as part of the three-tier system we aspire to improve the educational offer for the local community. Woodfield Academy sits at the heart of Redditch. The buildings and grounds are extensive and we are very lucky to learn in the buildings we have. The Post We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant (TA2) to join a forward-thinking team, who are dedicated to supporting our children in reaching their potential.
