Pay rate: £35 Umbrella

This is a fast‑paced team environment, so it's important that applicants are confident hitting the ground running.
Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of approximately 10-12
* Home care cases
* MCA work
* Safeguarding
* Hospital discharges
* Community assessments
Working pattern
Initially fully onsite. Once settled, option to work 2 days from home / 3 days onsite.

Requirements
* Relevant Social Work Qualification
* Registration with Social Care Wales
* Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply for DBS
* 3 years of referencing
* Driving licence with access to a car
