Join to apply for the Relief Recovery Support Worker role at Creative Support. We are looking for a warm, resourceful, energetic and diverse team to join our service Forest Road in Loughborough. Forest Road is a step-through accommodation-based service offering holistic support of up to seven Service Users. Your role will be to support individual service users, taking a person-centred approach to their care and support.
Responsibilities
* Undertake the responsibility of being a Key Worker/Co-worker.
* Plan alongside members of the person’s circle of support to enable individuals to be happy, healthy and to achieve their wishes and aspirations; our person-centred plans, meetings and processes are co-produced with the people we support and their families to promote a unified approach.
* Set meaningful and aspirational goals and support service users to move towards them.
* You will be paid on a weekly basis.
Qualifications and experience
You should have previous experience of working with people in a recovery-focused way who are experiencing mental health problems, in a community, residential or inpatient setting. You will be motivated with good communication skills and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes using a person-centred recovery approach.
