We are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Specialist (AV) to join our Service Delivery team and play a key role in shaping the future of AV and IT services across the University.
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be a senior member of the Service Delivery team, providing high-quality IT and AV support to staff and students across the University.
Youll support users through telephone, remote, and deskside assistance, ensuring smooth delivery of all University IT systems and services. Beyond the day to day support, this role offers the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of AV technology across campus, helping create innovative learning and collaboration spaces.
Youll also play a key part in delivering projects within the Universitys Digital Transformation Plan, working with stakeholders to implement forward thinking solutions that enhance teaching, learning, and collaboration.
What Youll Be Doing
* Work closely with the Estates Department to lead AV input into new builds and building refurbishment projects
* Deliver expert AV knowledge through multiple channels
* Ensure learning and collaboration spaces are equipped with modern, future-ready AV technology
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative solutions
* Manage and resolve issues using ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Service and Change Management
* Help define and implement the Universitys AV strategy and vision
* Provide training and guidance on key software and AV tools where there is customer demand
* Contribute to strategic initiatives within the Digital Transformation and Estates Master Plans
This position is working on-site only, so we are unable to support hybrid working for this appointment. The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 16 April 2026.
