The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant or LSA, you will work closely with experienced teachers and school leaders to support students in lessons and through targeted academic support.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Supporting pupils within the classroom across the curriculum
* Delivering small group or one-to-one academic interventions
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Supporting students with additional learning needs or SEND
* Encouraging student engagement, confidence, and academic progress
These roles are available across both primary and secondary schools, allowing graduates to gain valuable experience across different key stages and subject areas.
Degrees of Particular Interest
