The Role
We are seeking an inspirational Sales Manager for our Volkswagen team to lead, manage, and drive the performance of the sales and sales development teams. The goal is to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experience and client satisfaction. The Sales Manager serves as a bridge between ROI senior management, the client Volkswagen Group, and the sales team, aligning activities with broader business objectives. This key role involves setting and achieving sales goals, maintaining performance standards, coaching, development, and ensuring excellent service delivery to ROI’s client and their customers.

* Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a sales team, ensuring high performance and individual development

Sales Strategy and Planning
* Expertise in developing sales strategies for automotive B2B, including market analysis, opportunity management, and process optimisation

* Strong verbal and written skills to engage with team members, clients, and stakeholders
* Ability to negotiate and close deals
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
* Proficiency in analysing sales data, market trends, and customer behaviour to inform decisions
Relationship Management Skills
* Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and loyalty
* Demonstrates emotional intelligence in interactions
Technical Expertise
* Proficient with sales automation and technology, including Virtual Meeting Software, Sales Navigator, and Generative AI tools
* Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
* Skilled in producing insightful sales reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Exceptional presentation skills
