Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and Speech & Language needs. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and supportive lessons. Help manage behaviour and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment. Support pupils’ social and emotional development to help them reach their full potential. Requirements: Previous experience supporting SEN pupils in a school or similar setting.
