Role & Responsibilities:Lead and support a team of technicians, ensuring safety and compliance.Prioritise breakdowns and plan PPMs to reduce downtime.Maintain accurate records and manage engineering stock levels.Provide hands-on assistance during breakdowns and collaborate with production. Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Strong communication and leadership skills with team management experience.Strong fault-finding ability and understanding of engineering principles.Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.Familiarity with PLC systems and small project management.
