Oversee BIM coordination and technical quality standards. Manage project programmes, resources, and client relationships. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team. Ensure regulatory compliance and best-practice construction solutions. Skills & Experience Chartered (MCIAT) preferred. Extensive experience with UK building regulations and complex projects.
