Duties
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person, ensuring polite and professional phone etiquette.
* Utilise basic maths skills to process transactions accurately.
* Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
* Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
* Assist multilingual customers by providing support in English and Spanish or other languages as needed.
* Manage time effectively to ensure all customers receive timely assistance.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring products are well-displayed.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
* Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
* Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
* A friendly disposition with a passion for helping others.
