Job Responsibilities – Occupational Therapy Assistant
* Support delivery of individual and group OT programmes, working 1:1 and in groups
* Assist students with motor skills, sensory needs, and daily living skills
* Monitor, record, and report student progress and outcomes
* Adapt activities to meet individual needs and promote independence
* Work collaboratively with therapists, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams
* Prepare and maintain therapy resources and a safe learning environment
* Assist with documentation, data collection, and reviews
* Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development
* Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusive practice at all times
Successful candidates for all posts will undergo a minimum of 6 months’ probation period.
Hours: 40 hours per week. Term time only (39 weeks per year); Permanent
