Are you a process-driven, highly organised HR professional who loves being the administrative engine of a team?
Our People & Culture team is growing, and we are looking for a proactive HR Administrator / HR Generalist to join us. Reporting directly to the People & Culture Director, you will take true ownership of our day-to-day HR operations and recruitment workflows.
If you have a strong foundation in HR administration and want a role with autonomy, variety, and room to grow your generalist career, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
This is a true generalist support role where you’ll handle the critical administrative lifting across the employee lifecycle:
* HR Administration: Draft and issue contracts, offer letters, variation letters, and leaver documentation with absolute accuracy.
* Recruitment Coordination: Partner with hiring managers to place ads, screen CVs, shortlist talent, and manage interview schedules.
* Onboarding: Manage seamless inductions, ensuring all right-to-work, reference, and compliance checks are 100% complete.
* Data & HRIS: Maintain our HRIS with perfect accuracy, tracking metrics (absence/sickness) and prepping monthly payroll data.
* Employer Branding: Get creative! Share engaging content on LinkedIn and Instagram to showcase our culture and internal initiatives.
* First-Level Contact: Act as the go-to person for everyday employee and manager queries regarding company policies.
Skills & Attributes:
* 3–4 years of progressive experience in a dedicated HR administration, coordination, or operational support role.
* Direct experience managing HR databases, HRIS, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Confidence screening CVs and managing recruitment pipelines.
* Exceptional written communication and absolute attention to detail with legal paperwork.
* Process-driven, approachable, calm under pressure, and strictly confidential.
Location & Flexibility:
This is a full-time, office-based role. However, a while this is not a remote position, we champion agile ways of working and offer flexibility around how we deliver our goals.
You must have a valid driving licence and the ability to commute to our current office in Bordon, as well as our fantastic new offices in Alton (we are moving there soon!).
Why Join Us?
You’ll work closely with our People & Culture Director in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact our efficiency. You will have the autonomy to streamline processes, manage your own workflows, and elevate your HR career.
