Position Summary
This is a part‑time role (7.5 hrs/week) for Recovery and Wellbeing College Facilitator, based in TWells, DGS, Medway and Swale.
Responsibilities
* Co‑facilitate Recovery and Wellbeing College provision.
* Enhance student experience by compassionate communication.
* Enhance co‑facilitator experience by providing high quality support.
* Empower students to actively participate in their own recovery journey.
* Carry out administration tasks and liaise with your team.
* Positively promote Recovery and Wellbeing College within the community.
* Understand and promote the use of our Student Portal.
* Travel to community and NHS venues in Kent and Medway.
* Deliver hybrid, home‑based work using digital technology.
* Use personal or professional lived experience to give hope, support, and promote self‑care and recovery to students on their journey.
* Support your team and empower students to make connections, improve wellbeing and get involved.
Qualifications
* Experience working in the public sector, third sector, or education.
* Familiarity with hosting large groups.
