We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Officer to join our team Join us in safeguarding quality, driving compliance and making a lasting impact in everything we do. The Role The QA Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting both our site and other group sites in ensuring robust QMS implementation, identifying and mitigating compliance risks, and promoting continual improvement. This role involves auditing, supporting site-specific QMS activities, providing expert QA guidance, and helping ensure compliance with MHRA, EU, and international GMP/GDP regulations. As a QA Officer your responsibilities will include, although not limited to: Quality System Support & Compliance Support implementation, maintenance, and improvement of site and group QMS in line with GMP, GDP, and MHRA requirements. Review and update SOPs, policies, and quality documentation across sites. Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to promote quality awareness and regulatory compliance. Audits & Inspection Readiness Plan, conduct, and report internal audits across sites, identifying gaps and supporting CAPA implementation. Assist with inspection readiness and follow-up for regulatory or customer audits. Deviation & CAPA Management Review and support investigations into deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints. Oversee CAPA plans to ensure effective closure and sustained improvement. Continuous Improvement Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen compliance, and enhance risk management across the group. To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate: Essential: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a QA role within a GMP/GDP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. Strong working knowledge of MHRA, EU GDP and GMP guidelines. Experience conducting audits and producing audit reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and travel between group sites as required. Desirable: Experience supporting or mentoring sites or departments in compliance improvement. Lead auditor training or equivalent auditing qualification. Experience working in both manufacturing and distribution environments. Why Join Us?
