The Sales Operations Manager supports the Professional Services teams and leadership with the accurate data generation and analysis to enable them to make the required business decisions. The Sales Operations Manager has direct and intense communication with the Business Intelligence (BI) team and works hand in hand to define, design and create the necessary metric. A daily task list for this position would include:
Product basket automation
Configuration template automation
Queries in Redshift
ProServe Dashboards
ProServe Cube
ProServe WBR slides (local)
Owner of pre-WBR communication
The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, business intelligence, code, writing queries. Ideally they would have project management experience (Agile) to easily align with AB BI team.
Key job responsibilities
The main responsibilities are
1) Daily collaboration with the Business Intelligence team to convey ProServe business data requirements to the BI team
2) Assist with code development with the BI team on ProServe related metrics
3) Design and develop dashboards based on different reporting metrics
4) Sole owner of the Local WBR mechanism for different ProServe functions
5) Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes within the ProServe core team, the Spend Evaluation teams
6) Validate accuracy of selection matching analysis for the Product Basket

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience in finance, business management and sales operations
