Offer description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Handling email and call enquiries including taking bookings

* Administering C4Kids and Pebble Platforms

* Take party bookings, prep admin boxes and party bags.

* Book weekend locations for each term via the appropriate platform or venue contact

* Prep weekend admin boxes

* Create daily registers for ASCs and Camps

* Support debt management processes for ASCs and Camps, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalations when necessary.

* Clothing stock control liaising with departments to meet requirements

* Provide weekly attendance returns for WAC, ASC, Weekends (including conversion table) and post Camp

* Ad hoc tasks as when required

* Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges, evaluate solutions, and implement effective resolutions.

* Time Management: Prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.

* IT Proficiency: Comfortable using relevant tools and technologies for administrative management.

* Customer Engagement: Ensuring excellent service and fostering strong client relationships.

* Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy, thoroughness, and process reliability.

* Teamwork as a competence is the ability to collaborate effectively with others by sharing responsibilities, communicating openly, and contributing to objectives

* Organisational Excellence: Ability to maintain structured workflows to ensure operational efficiency
