We're looking for a Senior Pricing Analytics Manager to play a key technical leadership role, driving the development of pricing models, analytics and insight that underpin pricing decisions across a revenue base of over £4bn.
This role combines deep analytical expertise with ownership of technical pricing capability, supporting both immediate commercial outcomes and long-term transformation.
About the Role
As Senior Pricing Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering pricing models, MI and analytical frameworks that support both day-to-day pricing decisions and long-term capability development, including our major SAP Customer to Cash transformation.
You will work across Pricing, Finance, Technology and Commercial teams to ensure our pricing is accurate, validated and adds significant value for us and our customers.
You will:
- Lead pricing modelling and analytical frameworks - owning the development of models, scenario analysis and revenue impact assessments
- Define pricing MI and insight - delivering reporting and performance analytics that drive commercial decision-making
- Own data integrity and deployment readiness - leading testing to ensure prices are accurate, governed and executable across systems and channels
- Provide technical leadership and set standards across pricing analysis, modelling and data governance
- Drive pricing capability development - helping to define and evaluate future pricing structures in our new SAP environment, plus continuous improvement in our models and analytical processes
- Line manage and develop a Senior Data Analyst, while influencing stakeholders across Pricing, Finance, Technology and Commercial teams
About You
You're a highly analytical problem-solver with strong technical capability and the ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insight.
You will bring:
- Strong experience in pricing, commercial analysis or revenue management
- Advanced modelling and data analysis skills (Excel, SQL or similar)
- Experience developing pricing models and MI to support decision-making
- Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy, integrity and governance
- Experience leading analytical work and developing others
- Ability to work across systems and stakeholders in a complex environment
- Clear communication skills, able to explain technical concepts simply
Desirable Skills
- Experience with pricing or commercial systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP)
- Experience with data platforms or BI tools (e.g. Python, Tableau, Qlik, BigQuery)
- Knowledge of pricing processes or customer-to-cash environments
- Experience supporting transformation or system change initiatives
