Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the leisure operations team to deliver exceptional member experience and fitness services.
* Coordinate across poolside, gym floor, and other key service areas to ensure seamless operations.
* Coach and develop team members to maximise potential and career development.
* Collaborate with the Leisure Club Manager to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
