Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Registered Manager to take the helm of a thriving, 5-bedded therapeutic children’s home. Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, this home is well-positioned for further success and development.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you’ll provide strategic leadership, ensure compliance, and embed a positive, therapeutic culture. You’ll work with a dedicated team to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people, ensuring the home meets — and exceeds — regulatory standards.

Requirements
Registered Manager or equivalent leadership experience
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
Proven success with Ofsted inspections
Full UK driving licence
