Location: Methil
Contract: Permanent, 5 hours per week

About the Role:
* Support client on walks, play at home, or local outings
* Plan and suggest fun and engaging activities
* Use picture communication and gestures to support her non‑verbal communication
* Be observant and ensure safety at all times (client has PICA and no awareness of danger)
* Provide elements of personal care as needed
* Flexible working across weekends and holidays (exact times discussed at interview)
Our client has autism, learning disabilities, and is non‑verbal. She communicates in her own ways and responds best to calm, clear, and routine‑driven support.
You’ll Need:
* Previous experience working with children with additional needs
* Patience and a good sense of awareness
* A valid driving licence – being able to drive is essential for this role
* PVG membership (or willingness to apply)
