Role & Responsibilities
* Safely guide plant and vehicle movements on site
* Ensure pedestrian and traffic segregation is maintained at all times
* Set up and maintain signing, lighting, and guarding in line with regulations
* Communicate clearly with plant operators and site teams
* Monitor site access/egress points and manage vehicle flow
* Carry out daily safety checks and report hazards or incidents
* Adhere to all health & safety procedures and site rules
Requirements
* Valid CPCS or NPORS qualification
* Mandatory: NRSWA - New Roads & Street Works Training (Unit 2 (01) - Signing, Lighting & Guarding for Operatives) or LANTRA (12D) T2
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong awareness of site safety and communication skills
