Financial Controller (Exclusive/15 month FTC) VANRATH are delighted to be working in partnership with a dynamic business to recruit a commercially astute Financial Controller for a 15 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity. Reporting to the Finance Director this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role within a fast paced diverse business. What's in it for you? £60000-£70000 (dependant on experience) Retention Bonus Flexible/hybrid working What you'll do Supervise day-to-day accounting operations for a small high performing finance team Review monthly management accounts for a number of entities within the group. Provide P&L variance analysis against budgets, acquisition models and prior years, demonstrating an understanding of the business Budgeting and forecasting, develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts and maintain company cashflows. Coordinate and prepare monthly reporting packs for investors and stakeholders Oversee annual audit process for multiple groups, liaising with audit partner and manager, ensuring compliance with audit standards and reviewing the final audited financial statements. Liaise with external tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations. About you Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior financial management role.
