Our client is a local company that operates in the Mechanical, Electrical, Renewables and HVAC markets. Their clients are spread across the public and private sectors in the UK & Ireland. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a Design Technician to join the team.
What you'll do
5. Responsibility for a team of project coordinator's
6. Determine callouts logistics
7. Provide Payroll with Productivity bonus data monthly
8. Provide Payroll with Callout payments to made monthly/ on call
9. Responsibility for a team of Heating Engineers performance KPI's
10. Upskilling and Training of own team and cross training to team to cover all aspects of the contract (to allow for absence or holiday leave and contingency planning)
11. Liaise and communicate with key stakeholders and clients
12. Participate in an 'on call' rota out of hours
13. Provide support to the Contracts Manager & Operations teams within the Greenview Group
14. Attend client meetings
15. Assist in the management, delivery, and performance of the contract
16. Carry out probation reviews and annual performance appraisals within own team
17. Monitor supplies and issue works
18. Approve invoices for:
19. Escalate issue to client - vulnerable tenant
20. In the absence of line manager - follow the escalation process
21. In the absence of line manager - on call
22. Ensure all compliance, legal targets are met, work with Health & Safety, Suppliers, Corporate Services to ensure their processes are adhered to
23. Laise with manufacturer's warranty team to ensure works are completed
About you
24. 2 years' experience on a heating contract
25. Previous experience with Clients over variations and specification issues.
26. Detail oriented
27. Fluent Microsoft Office experience, including Excel
28. Proactive and able to work independently with limited supervision
29. Demonstrate high levels of organisational skills
30. Ability to work as part of a team and to develop and sustain good working relationships, communicating formally and informally with colleagues and customers.
