We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented QC Technician to join our production facility in Birmingham.
Location: Birmingham, UK (Onsite)
Pay: £10-12 per hour
Contract Duration: 12 Months (potential for extension)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your job is a mix of production work and quality assurance:
Production: Set up and run the equipment used for packaging and labeling products.
Quality Checks: Perform all necessary inspections (during production and on finished items) to ensure everything meets quality standards.
Accurate Records: Complete essential paperwork, including Batch Records, to track the manufacturing history of every product.
Operations Support: Help with general production tasks and understand the process flow within the facility.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production, or laboratory environment.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Good communication, comfortable with computers (Microsoft Office), and great at following detailed instructions.
Bonus Experience: Any background in a regulated setting (like cGMP) or a scientific degree is a plus.
