We’re excited to be working exclusively with a long-standing client based in the heart of Cambridge. Our client is a not-for-profit that are on the lookout for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a full-time, permanent position, that will require 2 days per week in the Cambridge office.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process
* Scheduling interviews and liaising with hiring managers
* Posting job adverts and managing applicant tracking systems
* Supporting with onboarding and new starter paperwork
* Assisting with wider HR administrative duties when needed
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience within a similar role
* Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines with confidence
* Works well in a team environment
* IT proficiency
