About the Role
We are recruiting a Social Worker into a position available in our Mental Health Service. The Adult Social Care Mental Health Service is part of the Living Well Network Alliance (LWNA), responsible for providing Mental Health services through a model of integrated delivery with partner organisations including South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Certitude, Thames Reach and South London ICB. This is an opportunity to be part of a service alliance that delivers coordinated mental health services.
As a Social Worker you will deliver a quality, responsive, safe, and person-centred service to support and promote the well-being of Lambeth residents. Safeguarding Adults is a key focus area, and all Lambeth staff are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable people. The role requires good organisational and communication skills and familiarity with current legislation and policies. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm or as the service requires, 35 hours per week. We are seeking experienced Social Workers committed to working in Mental Health and towards achieving Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification (PO1-3). We will support you with professional development opportunities to build the experience you need for the career path you want.
